Q.1 Does Mavi Wholesale deliver in my area?

We deliver to most Canadian cities. To check whether we deliver to yours, give us a call and book a delivery. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll explain why.

Q.2 What are your delivery hours?

You can choose an urgent delivery or schedule for later. We offer weekday deliveries between 07:00AM-08:00PM and weekend deliveries between 11:00AM-03:00PM

Q.3 What credit card / debit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can contact our customer service at 1-416-316-3100 to request e-transfer.

Q.4 What′s your returns policy?

Only unopened products can be returned within 10 days of purchase, with the receipt. The products must be in their original state (as delivered) without any damage or tear.
